DEO-Tech adapter guide for the Sony A7 series
Introduction
Deo-Tech, also sometimes called Tech-Art, is a Chinese adapter brand from MX Camera. Adapters available for the Sony A7 series are the Golden Eagle (Contax G to NEX), Falcon (Canon EF to NEX) and Saker Falcon Lite (Canon EF to NEX). All these adapters retain electronic communication between camera and lens and a Bluetooth module for firmware updates via your smartphone. Since these adapters are not supported by either Canon or Sony, the mapping of both lens and camera has to be re-engineered.

Contax G Lenses have autofocus but not auto aperture capability regardless of the adapter.
Hello HD Kade, you’re right of course, as I’m sure anyone wanting to adapt Contax G lenses would know this.
